OneRosary helps Catholics around the world pray the Rosary with peace and confidence. The complete Rosary is and will always be free.
Prayer Content & Sources
OneRosary includes traditional Catholic prayer texts and devotional content. Here is how each type of content is sourced.
- Traditional Catholic prayers: The Sign of the Cross, Apostles' Creed, Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Fatima Prayer, Hail Holy Queen, and concluding prayers are established Catholic devotional texts in English, Spanish, and Latin.
- Scripture references: Each mystery lists biblical references. These are citations of Scripture passages, not the full text of the Bible. App-authored reflections are clearly distinguished from Scripture.
- Church Teaching references: Where a mystery relates to a papal document (for example, the Assumption and Munificentissimus Deus, or the Queenship of Mary and Ad Caeli Reginam), the reference is labeled as Church Teaching, not as Scripture.
- App-authored reflections: Short meditations accompanying each mystery are devotional reflections written for this app, clearly distinguished from Scripture and Church Teaching.
- Beginner explanations: Educational explanations for people new to the Rosary are written for this app and are pending review by a qualified Catholic editor. They are not yet presented as approved Catholic teaching.
- Computer-generated preview narration: Where no licensed recording is available, the app can read the approved prayer text aloud using your device's built-in speech. This is computer-generated and is not an approved Catholic recording. Licensed human recordings will be added when available.
No prayer content is generated by AI. Prayer texts are verified, reviewed Catholic devotional texts. Beginner explanations and computer-generated narration are clearly labeled and pending human review.
